Hi everybody! I'm so glad you're here because today is launch day for the newest Tonic Studios Stamp Club release called I Love You Fairy Much. I had so much fun with this release that I've got eight cards and a video to share with you today. Before I get to the cards I want to let you know that this release is available exclusively from Tonic Studios. There is a limited quantity of bundles and when they are sold out they'll be gone for good so make sure to grab yours before they sell out. If you want to grab an I Love You Fairy Much bundle for yourself here are the links:
There is also a GIVEAWAY over on my Instagram account @Cardbomb. If you'd like a chance to win this whole stamp and die bundle plus some Nuvo Hybrid inks and one of my favorite blending brushes, please head over to my Instagram account to enter the giveaway.
Ok, let's get on to the cards! For my first card I ink-blended a background, splattered it with Glitter Gloss and gouache, and stamped it with dragonflies.
Then I adhered the fairyland frame die cut to frame out my scene. I used it together with the outer frame so that it perfectly framed on an A2 sized card.
I added a fairy sitting on a mushroom to the left and added a sentiment to the right to finish my card off.
Here's a link to the video I made if you'd like to see this release in action...

My next card features a watercolored background in light pastels. It's splattered with Glitter Gloss for some extra shimmer and I used my Tim Holtz Deckle Trimmer to cut it down.
I added a die cut frame from Pinkfresh Studios. I layered a flagged sentiment on to the bottom and added some clear sequins to the background.
To finish the card off I added a copic colored fairy using foam adhesive to make it look like she is floating over the sentiment.
This next card is one of my favorites because I just love this little fairy! She's super spunky and I love her wand. I decided to mask off the background and ink blend a square in yellow. I used that same color of yellow ink to stamp some flowers on to the bottom of the square. I also stamped the wand glow onto the background right behind where I would place the fairy and her wand.
I mounted that card panel onto some light blue cardstock using foam adhesive. Then I heat embossed my sentiment in white embossing powder onto black cardstock and adhered that to my card as well.
Finally, I used foam adhesive to glue my fairy down. I love how it looks like she's hovering over a field of flowers.
This card was fun to put together... I started out ink-blending the background with Nuvo hybrid ink. I especially like using this ink when I am going to apply a product on top of the ink bc this hybrid ink is permanent and will not react with water (or wet products). After ink-blending I added a thin layer of glacier paste on top. I cut the background down to four inches by five and a half inches. I glued this to the right side of a card base. I glued a one quarter inch strip of black cardstock to the left side of the card to fill in the remaining space.
I heat embossed my sentiment in white on black and added the strip to my card.
After that all I had to do was add my fairy and some rhinestones and jewels to my card front.
The I Love You Fairy Much bundle makes creating slimline cards a snap. With so many coordinating elements it's really easy to quickly fill up your card with images that go well together. I started this card by inkblending the background with card stencils that I made using the cloud dies from the second stamp club release. I used a rainbow of colors and then splattered it with Glitter Gloss and white paint. I also heat embossed the fairy dust stamp multiple times onto the background in the spaces between where the fairies would be placed.
Next, I die cut my sentiment multiple times in white cardstock. I also cut it out one time form glittery white cardstock. I glued the multiple layers together with the glittery cardstock on top. This gave me a fun, dimensional, die-cut sentiment that popped off of a piece of black cardstock.
To finish my card off I adhered all of my fairies using foam adhesive and then added a few subtle sequins.
If you look closely at the fairies you will be able to see that I used a white gel pen to add little highlights to their hair, wings and outfits. I think this gives them a sparkly, magical look.
I just love it when a stamp set is versatile and this bundle has got a lot going on. This mushroom stamp pairs perfectly with its punny sentiment to make for a great guy card! I started out by stamping the mushroom in Antique Linen Distress Oxide ink on black cardstock. Then, I colored the image in with colored pencils. This was my first time trying this and I had fun with it but it was hard for me.
After I finished coloring I heat embossed a sentiment directly below the image. I also splattered the background lightly with white paint before cutting it out with my Deckle Edge trimmer.
I splattered my green cardbase with black ink and adhered my image panel down using foam tape.
Here is another way that you can use this set to create beautiful (non-fairy) cards. I heat embossed the floral image in gold and then watercolored it using Nuvo Shimmer powders.
I used the dies from Stamp Club 6 to cut out my layers and added those onto an ivory cream card base that I splattered with Midas Touch.
I added some Nuvo sequins in Champagne to finish this card off.
For my last card I wanted to share how easy it is make a fabulous shaker card using the fairyland frame die from this set. I cut the die from the inside of an A2 sized piece of black cardstock.
I inkblended a background panel in red, orange and yellow. Then I poured chunky gold glitter and yellow butterfly confetti on top of it. I added a double layer of quarter inch foam tape to the back of the die cut frame and attached to the background, trapping all of the glitter and confetti inside.
The final steps were to add a gold, heat embossed sentiment and a copic colored flower to the card front.
Ok, that's it for me today you guys! I hope you'll like this I Love You Fairy Much bundle as much as I have. If you do like it, remember that once it sells out it is gone for good so pick yours up while they are still in stock. It's only available at Tonic Studios so here are the links to those shops for you:
Hello everybody and welcome to this month's Stamp Club launch from Tonic Studios! This month's release is called Happy Hibiscus. The release is a large, 6" x 8" stamp and die bundle that includes gorgeous, tropical themed stamps, lovely sentiments and a die set that is packed full of useful dies (including stitched square and rectangle dies!). The stamp and die will only be sold as a bundle and there is limited stock so get yours while they're still available because once they sell out they are gone for good! To see all the details of the release you can head over to Tonic Studios (Tonic UK)! We also have an amazing GIVEAWAY for you today too (details at the bottom of my post).
The main stamp in this Happy Hibiscus release is a large, background stamp which can obviously be used as a background stamp. The big surprise of this release is that this background stamp is actually a 3 in 1 concept! When you use the coordinating dies with this stamp you can cut it into two pieces: a floral frame and a floral bouquet. This means that you can use this one stamp as a background stamp, a frame, or a centerpiece. In my first card I will show you what it looks like when used as a background. I also have cards showcasing the floral frame and bouquet later in this post (there's a VIDEO too!).
For my first card I stamped the background stamp in Black Shadow ink onto watercolor cardstock using my Misti. Then, I watercolored it using my Nuvo Aquaflow pens. To add extra shading I also used some watercolors pencils (used as pencils, no water) and a sharpie.
I heat embossed my sentiments onto black cardstock and adhered them to my card with foam adhesive.
To finish my card off I added some highlights with white gel pen and some Silver Rain sequins.
Now that you've seen the main stamp, here's a look at what the whole Happy Hibiscus stamp set looks like. In addition to the background stamp there are also floral borders, a floral heart and some great sentiments in lovely fonts.
The die set has a coordinating die for every image in the stamp set. It also has two word dies that have background halos for layering and 7 different stitched square and rectangle dies. These stitched are particularly cool because they stitch both the positive and negative pieces of the paper that you die cut.
Here's a video I made to show everything included in this Happy Hibiscus bundle as well many cards and projects that I've made.
If you're having trouble viewing this video click HERE.
I've already shown you what the background stamp looks like when you use it as one piece so now let's take a look at what happens when you use the coordinating dies to cut it apart. For my next card I heat embossed the background stamp in silver embossing powder on watercolor paper. I selected a rainbow of Nuvo Aquaflow pens and watercolor washed the whole panel (see below for video) in color.
There are two dies in the set that cut this large image into two pieces. One die fits tightly to the outer floral frame. The other die fits tightly to the inside to cut out the floral bouquet. These must be cut out separately as the dies would overlap. First I cut out the floral frame and cut that piece down to 4.25" x 5.5". Then, I cut out the center piece and set it aside. I did a pale watercolor wash on another piece of watercolor paper and stamped, "It's your day!" on it.
Next, I adhered the floral frame to the watercolored piece with foam adhesive. I used the Happy Birthday dies to cut my main sentiment out of holographic paper with a black background. I popped that up on foam tape too. The final detail was to add some sparkly splatters with my glitter gloss pen and then to add some sequins.
For my last card I used the floral bouquet from the center of the image. I layered it on top of a stenciled piece of cardstock and cut off the pieces that were hanging off of the edges.
I layered that piece on top of some silver striped cardstock just to make it a little fancy. You can see the silver cardstock again behind the "For You" sentiment. If you watch the video below I have some die cutting tips as well as a great tip for easily lining these word dies up with the background AND how to do it without using glue!
After adhering my sentiment dies to my card with foam tape I adhered the whole front panel to a gray card face which was already attached to an A2 sized card base.
Here's that video I promised you. It shares how I made both my second and third cards today. It also has a great tip for perfect die cutting every time as well as a tip on how to easily align your word dies and to do it without glue!

Hello everybody! I am so excited to have you here for the launch of the new Stamp Club from Tonic Studios! This is the first in what will be a monthly release that will launch on the last Friday of every month (with the exceptions of holidays). This month's release is called Heartfelt Corsage and it is a beauty (it's a stamp and die bundle plus an add-on stamp set)! Oh! There's also a $100 Giftcard Giveaway! The info for the giveaway is at the bottom of my post so make sure you enter before you go. Now, here's a peek at some of the many cards I've made with this release...
Before I get excited and get ahead of myself I want to give you more info about the release. So, to know everything there is to know head on over to Tonic Studios to check it out. If you're in the UK Click Here, and if you're in the USA Click Here. In case you've noticed that my face and name are on the banner below... Yup, that's me. I got to help design these products which makes this release even more exciting for me!
I've made a little video to walk you through the products that are available in this release so here's that video to start you off. Heads up that I've actually got three videos for you today so make sure to keep reading until the end.
Now that you've had a good look at the Heartfelt Corsage stamps and dies we can get into my first cards. I've used one of the main floral stamps to create some popped up shaker cards. This stamp is perfectly sized to be the focal point of your card and it also works to decorate your envelopes with.
Here's a video sharing how I made these shaker cards...
To make these cards I started by ink blending the background with a stencil. Then, I cut multiple die cuts out of cardstock and an acrylic sheet.
I layered the die cuts on top of each other and adhered them to create a focal point with a hollow center.
I filled the center with shaker guts (glitter and sequins) and sealed it up with an acrylic window.
The floral piece in the front was watercolored before I glued it on to the front of the shaker.
Next I added a sentiment and finished the cards off with some dream drops.
My next card and envelope set started out with some fun inkblending. I used pink, orange and yellow to create these vibrant card backgrounds. On these projects I used the largest floral image from the Heartfelt Corsage bundle.
To see exactly how I did all of the stamping on this card and envelope set check out this video...
This card was heat embossed with white embossing powder. Then I added a sentiment in black.
The stamping on the envelope was done in black...
Did you notice that fun little sentiment on the flap of the envelope? That's from the Happy Mail Envelope stamp set and I love it. There's another stamp that says, "Licked. With my spit." If I'm being honest that second sentiment is more my style.
Now, if you watched the last video you know that there is another card in that video. Let's take a look at that one...
This card was very easy to make and it still manages to be very soft and beautiful. I stamped the large floral image from the Heartfelt Corsage stamp set in Clear Mark ink on light blue cardstock. This gave a tone-on-tone stamped look. I die cut the image out and adhered it to a background that was lightly ink blended with purple ink.
The sentiment is a custom sentiment that I put together using stamps from the Happy Mail Envelope set. That stamp set is great for decorating your envelopes in a variety of ways. It's also great for the backs of your cards and creating custom sentiments. I finished the card off by adding dream drops.
So far you've seen the Happy Mail Envelope set used as something of a sidekick to the Heartfelt Corsage set... but guess what?! The Happy Mail set can hold it's own! It's a great sidekick stamp of course but check out how amazing the set is for decorating your envelopes! I stamped the wooden sign in brown ink, masked it off and ink blended it. Then I took a colored pencil and dragged those detail lines towards the center a little bit. I added silver gel pen to the nails.
The sentiment was custom built from the set. To finish the envelope off I added a tiny "to," and, "from" to the card before ink blending and splattering with Glitter Gloss.
Now I just have to decide who to address it to and send it off with something fun inside. Honestly though, even if I got a bill in this I would still be so happy to find this in my mail box.
Ok, you all, that's it for me today. I really hope you've enjoyed the release and hope you'll continue on with our blog hop. Next up on the hop is the amazing Michelle Short! Head over to her blog and see what beauties she's made for you to feast your eyes upon!
