About Me

Hi! My name is Maria and I have been stamping for about four years now. At that time I didn't even know "stamping" was a thing (pretty hilarious, right?). One day my friend brought over some card making supplies and from that day I have been absolutely hooked!! I don't have a lot of free time (I've got both a family and a business to run) but I don't mind trading sleep for some time with my stamps, paper and ink. Stamping, inking, watercoloring, playing with different techniques and glueing paper together makes me happy! I'm so glad to have you joining me for the fun!

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog-it really does mean a lot to me. I hope that you will enjoy the cards and projects that I share. Please feel free to ask me any questions that you might have as I am happy to help in any way that I can!

Thank you and happy crafting!

  1. You made a beautiful sympathy card with flowering fields. For the life of me I can't figure out what color paper you started with. Thank you. Love your ideas!!!

    1. Hi Linda! I know which card you're talking about and the card base is Crumbcake. It just doesn't look like it because I sponged it with Crumbcake ink so it looks darker. Thanks for looking!

  2. Dear Maria
Thanks you for being an amazing teacher. I found your blog through the 30 day Coloring Challenge and i am happy that i did it. I am a new bee and i have to improve leaps and bound in my coloring. I use water color pencils sans water as i am still not sure how much water etc.I have three markers only. I have some inks but not all colors i have the basics and i am learning to mix and match. I am happy when crafting and try to stretch my supplies to the maximum. I will buy some coloring supplies when i have a better understanding and some extra cash. I just have a small question for you. what is teh better coloring medium The water color pencils or the markers. Thank you and blessings

    1. Hi Surekha,
Thank you so much for your kind words. Personally, I prefer the watercolor markers. There are many different brands but a great way to start would be with Arteza bc you can get a good variety of colors for a reasonable price. I hope that helps!

It made me think of you. I hope you are well. Stay safe and warm. Sending you warm hugs! ☺ Marisela Delgado mariandmonsterd@yahoo.com
